Honoring the philosophy of fine red wines and traditional wood aging, the cellar houses rows of enormous Slavonian oak barrels, perfectly preserved, containing thousands of hectoliters of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. Nearby, dozens of tonneaux and barriques crafted from high-quality French oak continue the tradition.

Elsewhere in the historic cellar, visitors gradually descend into the sandy tufa, entering twilight-lit tunnels. These evocative passageways, rich in fossils, reveal the cellar’s ancient origins and timeless character.

At the end of the tour, guests enjoy a tasting of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano alongside a selection of traditional Tuscan products.
