You can book an experience through online booking or by filling out the information request form.
If you find the book online button, you can book directly from the site with instant confirmation of the experience by paying by credit card. If you do not find the “book online” button active, fill in the information form and you will receive an answer within 24 hours of your request with all the information. Not all experiences can be booked with instant confirmation, as the actual availability for the requested day must be checked before booking.

Cancellation is always possible. Each experience has indicated the cancellation policy on the page. If you have made an online booking and the cancellation policy provides, a refund will be issued to your credit card. If the reservation was made in another form, it will still be possible to receive a refund as provided in the cancellation policies

Yes of course. Payment by credit card is required for online booking. If you book a customized experience, we will send you a link to pay by credit card online.
