This experience is a real course to learn the secrets of organic Assisi wine.
This course is best suited for those interested in knowing what’s inside a bottle of Assisi Doc organic wine.
The course begins in the vineyards and continues in the cellar until the sensory analysis of the wine.
At the end of the course you will of course receive a certificate as an apprentice winemaker!
During the tasting the wines will be paired by hot bruschetta with our organic extra virgin olive oil and a selection of typical Umbrian products.
